Marco spent 10 years on other roofing crews in Tampa before starting Harbor in 2014 with one truck and his brother-in-law. The company grew by doing the small repairs the big companies would not come out for, and those customers called back when it was time for a new roof.

We are the ones on your roof. Marco walks every roof, you get photos of what he found, and the price he writes is the price you pay unless rotten wood is found after tear-off, which we show you first.
We take a 30% deposit when materials are ordered, and the balance is due the day the final inspection passes. Card, check, financing or bank transfer. 0% financing for 12 months on approved credit through Hearth.

You get a written price the same day, and it does not change unless we find rotten wood, which we show you first.
The yard swept with a magnet
We sweep the yard with a magnet before we leave so no nails are left behind.
A call back the same day, every time
We reply within 15 minutes during the day, same evening after hours.
