Estimates
Estimates are free. A written price holds for 30 days.
What can change your price
A quoted price can change for these reasons: Rotten decking we find after tear-off (priced per sheet, shown to you before we replace it) or a change you ask for.
Permits, disposal and cleanup
We pull the permit, bring the dumpster and do the cleanup; it is all in the written price.
Payment
Payment methods and deposits: Card, check, financing or bank transfer. 30% deposit when materials are ordered, the rest when the final inspection passes. When payment is due: The balance is due the day the final inspection passes.
Before we start
Move cars out of the driveway and take pictures down from the walls on the day we start.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship for 10 years.
Material and manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties on shingles and tile, 25 to 50 years depending on the product; we register them for you.
Insurance claims
What we do on insurance claims: We meet the adjuster on site, document the damage with photos, and work from the approved scope. We do not negotiate your claim for you.
Cancellation
Cancel free any time before materials are ordered. After that, the cost of the materials ordered for your roof.

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
